Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Before returning any items, please contact us or submit a ticket to initiate the return. In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming that we’ve received your item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at Care@fitblon.com.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Care@fitblon.com.
